Respondents' Demographics:

Key Findings:
- Usage Frequency: 2-3 times a week was the most common response, indicating a high engagement with digital banking services.
- Valuable Features: Easy fund transfer and bill payments were the most preferred features, followed by investment options and savings management.
- Payment Methods: UPI was the most preferred payment method, followed by credit/debit cards and net banking.
- Customer Support: 70% of respondents rated customer support as very important, highlighting the need for reliable and accessible support services.
- Influencing Factors: Security and user interface were the top factors influencing the choice of a digital banking app, followed by features offered and customer service.
