Key Findings:
- Order Frequency: 2-3 times a week was the most common response, indicating a high demand for regular food delivery services.
- Cuisine Preferences: North Indian and South Indian cuisines were the most popular, followed by Chinese and street food.
- Payment Methods: UPI was the most preferred payment method, followed by credit/debit cards and Paytm.
- Language Support: 60% of respondents rated language support as very important, highlighting the need for multi-language options.
- Influencing Factors: Price/discounts and delivery speed were the top factors influencing the choice of food delivery app, followed by food quality and variety of cuisines.
